TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CROWN PERTH CASINO OPERATIONS

DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

"Casino" means Crown Casino Perth operated by Burswood Nominees Limited;
"Gaming Floor" means any area designated for gaming activities within the Casino premises;
"Player" or "You" refers to an individual who has entered into an agreement with us to use our services and facilities at the Casino;
"Services" includes, but is not limited to, participation in table games and electronic gaming machines.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy entering onto the Gaming Floor of the Casino or by otherwise using any service offered within the Casino premises, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions without modification or limitation.
GAMING FLOOR ACCESS RESTRICTIONSAccess to the Casino is restricted to individuals 18 years and above who possess a valid Government-issued photo identification. Crown Casino Perth reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the premises in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATIONTo access the Gaming Floor, You must register your name and provide proof of age. Registration is not transferable to another person and applies solely for gaming purposes within the Casino premises.
RESPONSIBLE GAMING PRACTICESCrown Casino Perth promotes responsible gaming practices and encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. Please be aware that regular breaks, setting a budget and taking advantage of our free assistance can help with healthy gaming behavior.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LOSSESAll losses incurred at the Casino by any player are exclusive to such player's account and responsibility lies solely with them. You acknowledge that Crown Casino Perth does not assume liability for loss or debt resulting from unauthorized use of your services, funds held on deposit or amounts deposited into a registered players' card.

Any disputes in relation to winning outcomes must be referred to our responsible gaming department for review within 30 days from date of occurrence.

EXCLUSION FROM FURTHER GAMING ACTIVITIESWe reserve the right to exclude any player from further gaming participation on our premises if: (a) You have been self-excluded, suspended or removed by another casino; and/or (b) there is clear evidence that an individual's activity may be detrimental to their financial position. We will also implement all regulatory requirements concerning exclusions in line with local laws.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTIONYou acknowledge that personal details provided during registration are used for identity verification purposes, tracking losses and monitoring behavior according to our policy document for player protection which complies with regulations as required by the jurisdiction of operation.
BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe reserve the right without giving prior notice or reason, to terminate this agreement at any time if we believe that You have failed to comply in whole or part with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to responsible gaming obligations.
GOVERNING LAWThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed according to Western Australian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. By entering onto our Gaming Floor You acknowledge such consent without any limitation in relation to venue or applicable law governing this agreement.
CHANGES AND UPDATES TO TERMSWe reserve the right at its sole discretion to vary, modify or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time by placing a notice on the premises or providing notification through our player communication services (such as mailout). By continuing gaming You agree to observe such changes made applicable under this agreement.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTCrown Casino Perth may unilaterally terminate or cancel Your membership and/or remove any rights afforded by these Terms and Conditions at the end of an agreed term period, expiration date stipulated in your agreement document (whether stated within your documentation or otherwise).
